"Spirit of Atlanta" – a 70-foot photomural at Atlanta International Airport.
Mural Philosophy:

These large photomurals provide creative solutions that are designed to make a signature statement that landmarks a particular region or locale. The themes for these murals evolve from an interactive process to identify and distill the essence of a place and its people. They are created as an important component of the strategy to build awareness and awaken joy among all who view them.

The first consideration in designing a mural is the message that it offers the public. A second step is to gain a sense of the surrounding architectural space for design impact. After a theme is agreed upon, digital photographs are taken of people interacting with each other and a mural is composed to fit the architecture. The resulting mural can be archivally printed on a variety of materials and applied to walls or other substrates.
